I am about to purchase a 2003 BMW X5, 3.0i Sport edition vehicle with no navigation system... Will it be possible for BMW to modify the dash board and install a nav system for me? Your Cd player will be replaced with a cassette player. Or you could go with an alternative like Garmin or some other after market deal.
