Where can I find front tag holder for my 2006 BMW 325i?

My husband recently backed into my "new to me" 2006 BMW 325i. I don't want to replace the bumper because the scuff and corresponding dent is not really that bad. I think a front tag will cover it, but my car doesn't have a holder. Do I need to go through BMW or can I just go find one anywhere?
