I went to the HuHot today and ate. Then I went to a water park for over 3 hours. Now I have an unbearable stomach ache and the runs. I was wondering if it could be food poisoning or heat exhaustion. I also felt I was going to throw up.Heat or food poisoning......??

It's most definately food poisoning. Perhaps even your stomach may be upset do to your previous day's meal. The delay caused by the fact that it just recently reached the lower intestines.
