This is a straight forward type of job, so almost any good service shop should be able to it. I'd only make sure that they are using a quality bearing assembly; I've seen some from China, India, %26amp; Vietnam that have been of very poor quality control. A good job can be undone by the usage of poor materials. I've spun and rejected a fair number of bearings that were new for various reasons including excessive noise, excessive play and poor finish. PS: The front wheel bearing is a double roller bearing and is not two seperate bearings as the link in the answer below shows!
