Hi, I would like to know how or where I can get a used 2005 BMW 3 series for cheap. I don't want to pay over 10000, taxes and registration included. Is it possible to find it for that price with a clean title, and in good running condition? I live in Los Angeles and have heard Arizona has cheap used cars.
