Is it hard to install an aftermarket stereo in my 2003 BMW 325i?

I've done it before in my other car, I didn't know if it would be difficult because it's a BMW or wrong to take a stock BMW piece out of the car? If I would do it I would just buy the plastic frame and wire harness from an ebay seller.

If you mean the CD/Mp3 deck, that's not difficult at all compared to speaker replacement. There are plenty of guides on how to do that on the Internet.
