Where do i find the bluetooth passkey for my BMW 325i?

I am trying to pair my phone with my car and i can't find the passkey, does anyone know if there is a default one or where i could find it, or call bmw?Where do i find the bluetooth passkey for my BMW 325i?the passkey is on the bluetooth module box in your trunk. it's likely installed on the drivers side (LHD cars) in the trunk where the CD changer or navigation unit is installed.

the bluetooth module is a rectangular metal box and there should be a label on it that will let you know it is the phone/bluetooth module. on that sticker is also the passkey that you need to use when pairing your phone to the car.

the above response is incorrect. it is the phone that has to accept the "BMW ULF" module, not the car accepting the phone.

to pair your phone, hold down the pairing button for 2 seconds, keep holding it down as you turn on the car. make sure your phone has bluetooth enabled. it should find "BMW ULF" and will ask for the passkey once you accept to connect.

Good luck!Where do i find the bluetooth passkey for my BMW 325i?You make the car findable, then have your phone find it(you will find a device "bmwxxxxx" with the last few digits of your VIN where the Xs are). Afterwards you will enter the passkey on the phone then when the phone connects to the car, the car will ask to add or reject the connection. When you add the phone, the car will ask for the passkey you entered on the phone.

This should get you going http://www.bmwusa.com/owners/bluetooth/h…

I was getting irate trying to get my wife's car set up because the manual is quite vague.

odd the person below must be talking about older cars, my wife's 335i paired exactly how the BMW USA link I posted (with videos) showed.Where do i find the bluetooth passkey for my BMW 325i?You might have to make sure the car is equipted with bluetooth. It may have the buttons like my car but you have to add approx $650 in acc. in order get it if the car is built sometime in 2004 or before.

I went through this with my dealer and I will not trust Zimbrick BMW of Madison, Wi. They told me I had it, I had it, I had it and then the shop Tech's told me I didn't have it.
