Why is my BMW X5 central lock system not functioning?

(year 2003) BMW X5, apparently the central lock system does not work.



Also, the interior lights does not turn on when the door is opened.



Anyone know why this happen and how to fix it?

Is the key charged, Is there a fault code for low power or high power.
