I am looking at some first car choices and i know bmw's a beautifal reliable welll running german cars. But for me to get a decently affordable one i need to buy it usd (of course) i just want to know if there will be anyway to get its money's worth if i get a used beemer with 60 -70 thousand miles on it??How many miles does the life of an average bmw have?bmw's are made for the autobahn in europe, and they're made to last 3-500,000 miles, if you get a used with only 30-100,000 miles on it, you've still got a loong time to go(with proper maintenance) till it dies on you.How many miles does the life of an average bmw have?

They have never been known for their longevity. If you're gonna buy a used luxury car think Infinity, Acura, or Lexus. At 60,000 miles they are barely touched and will last longer, run better, and be alot more reliable.
