How can I work for BMW Motorsport in the future?

Hi guys, I'm 15 years old and I really want to work for BMW or BMW Motorsport in the future. Currently I'm thinking of going to UTI for A.D.I (Auto, Diesel and Industrial) and I'm hoping to then transfer into the BMW STEP program. I'm wondering how one can work for the BMW Motorsport team.How can I work for BMW Motorsport in the future?Keep your nose in the books, study, do your best, don't give up, and don't get lost in the world of drugs that still plagues this days youth. Prestigious manufacturers don't take anything but the very best, so prove to yourself and the world that you can do it. Once you get in to a BMW dealer, just keep showing them that you have a desire to learn and achieve, and you will eventually climb to the top.
