I've heard that it's very expensive. I plan on buying a used BMW that's 2001. BMW's are wonderful cars, they are NOT American cars or Japanese cars. BMW's typically have a more intensive maintenance schedule that should be followed and in return the cars will be reliable for hundreds of thousands of miles. Try looking for a private owner model that the owner has service records for. I always buy used vehicles from private owners after running a Carfax report and having a through inspection performed.
